Training

J. D. Masonry is currently affiliated with the following organizations for industry training and safety:

Construction Safety Association of Ontario (CSAO)

• Provides industry safety programs.
   

• Mandated to eliminate injury, illness, and death in Ontario construction.
   

• Industry-funded by contractors' payments to the workers' compensation system.

Ontario Masonry Training Centre (OMTC)

• Provides a variety of quality programs and support at their facility in Toronto and also offsite.
   

• Offers certification and apprenticeship programs in the Masonry Industry.
   

• OMTC is an ISO 9002 certified organization.

MIECO Safety Training Group

Combined construction representatives who review safety issues with Ministry of Labour and Workplace & Safety Board.
